Information we process
When you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide to respond to your request. The public website does not provide user accounts or advertising profiles.
Service providers
The website uses Alibaba Cloud infrastructure, CAPTCHA and DirectMail. Privacy-friendly analytics are self-hosted and must not receive names, contact details or message content.
Delivery, retention and your choices
Inquiry content is delivered to our designated mailbox through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail. The database keeps only a request ID, fingerprint, delivery status, category and language—not the message itself. Inquiry email is retained for no more than 12 months by default, unless a project or legal obligation requires otherwise. Analytics data is also retained for up to 12 months. You may contact us to ask about, correct or delete personal information associated with an inquiry.
